FOR THOSE MEMBERS THAT ARE PAID ON A BI-WEEKLY BASIS:
Any member who pays Union Dues of $18.50 or more bi-weekly will be entitled to a refund of $8.00 per bi-weekly pay period if you have gross earnings less than $250.00 per bi-weekly pay period.
To claim the rebate, you must send copies of your pay stubs to the Edmonton Union Office for the weeks you are claiming, but only the stubs that apply. Include your name, address and social insurance number.
You may claim the reimbursement three times a year:
- Pay stubs for January to April must be submitted by May 15.
- Pay stubs for May to August must be submitted by September 15.
- Pay stubs for September to December must be submitted by January 15.
Only stubs submitted during these times for the previous 4 month period will be eligible for the rebate.
