If you think something's wrong - call us immediately! Grievances can ultimately be submitted to Arbitration. Union lawyers will be assigned to your case.

    Human rights are protected by your union contract and Human rights law. Such rights were fought for by unions. And we are there to enforce them as well!

    What do you do when negotiating doesn't work? You can threaten to stop working, or actually do so. Under certain conditions, unionized workers can legally strike. This is a right non union employees do not have. They must put up with their circumstances or quit! Strikes are a last resort, but the right to strike is better than having no rights at all.
