It is a complex and demanding world. Union counsellors are Union members who assist other Union members in a confidential manner, offering guidance, referrals, and information to their co-workers about personal and family matters on and off the job. You can become a Union counsellor through a special course offered by your local Union. If you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed and need to talk to someone, Union counsellors can be reached through one of the Union offices. 

Get involved as a Union counsellor - and do not be reluctant to contact one if you feel the need to do so.
